DEHN is growing.
With over 2,600 employees worldwide, DEHN generated revenue of around 500 million euros in the 2025/2026 fiscal year. This constant growth, alongside more than 115 years of experience, is based on the highest quality standards and a consistent orientation towards customers and markets worldwide.
For our Marketing Hub in Romania we are building a dedicated Digital Operations team with a strong AI core. To shape this from day one we are looking for a Digital AI Marketing Operations Specialist (m/f/d)/ Campaign Developer who designs AI‑powered workflows for Corporate Marketing, keeps our web and digital touch points running and operates our digital marketing tools day to day.
The role | Your tasks.
- AI‑powered acceleration (core focus). You design and implement AI workflows that speed up content creation, campaign development, data enrichment and operational tasks across Corporate Marketing – independent of specific tools or platforms.
- Tool configuration & integration. You configure modern AI tools, connect them with our existing marketing stack and translate technical capabilities into clear marketing value – without writing code.
- From idea to scalable solution. You turn marketing needs into scalable AI solutions, measure their impact, iterate based on data and continuously improve performance.
- Web & digital touch points. You help operate and improve our digital touch points – corporate website, landing pages, forms, newsletters, tracking and personalisation – making sure they work as one consistent customer experience.
- Digital marketing tools. You give hands‑on support for our digital marketing tools: maintaining and publishing content, setting up and running virtual events and webinars, configuring templates and workflows and troubleshooting day‑to‑day issues.
- Shared workload & redundancy. You work closely with the colleagues currently owning these tools, build redundancy in the team and simplify manual steps step by step – ideally by introducing AI‑assisted shortcuts where they make sense.
- Cross‑team & IT collaboration. You partner with our Corporate Marketing teams at headquarters and work closely with our IT, Data and Web colleagues on integrations, data flows and digital infrastructure.
- Operational excellence. You ensure smooth and reliable operation of AI‑supported, web‑based and tool‑based processes, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Proactive opportunity hunting. You act as a creative problem solver, spot new opportunities for AI‑driven acceleration and bring them to life.
Your experiences and competencies.
- Marketing operations mindset. Strong understanding of marketing workflows, digital marketing processes and content operations.
- Proven AI experience. Several years of hands‑on experience with AI tools in a marketing context, including workflow design, prompting and automation.
- No‑code configuration. Confident in configuring modern AI tools without writing code and translating technical features into marketing value.
- Web & digital touch points. Practical experience with content management systems, landing pages, web tracking, forms and at least the basics of HTML / CSS – enough to talk on eye level with web and IT colleagues.
- Hands‑on with digital tools. Experience with virtual event or webinar platforms, marketing automation or campaign tools – willing to dive into operational detail when needed.
- High IT affinity. You feel at home in the IT world: APIs, data flows, integrations, basic SQL or scripting do not scare you. You enjoy working with IT and data teams as equal partners.
- CRM/CMS data fluency. Comfortable working with CRM‑ and CMS‑related data points to improve workflow logic and automation quality.
Structured & curious. Analytical, structured working style combined with creativity, ownership and curiosity. - Advanced English proficiency; German is a plus.
