Our operations are international. As part of our corporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030, and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to establish another site in Romania (located in Pitești, with an expected workforce of around 150 people.
We are looking for a talented Web-CMS-Editor (m/f/d) or Digital-Media-Editor (m/f/d) to join our team and help us build a strong and positive workplace culture.
The role | Your tasks.
- Support and adaptation of content for digital channels
- CMS editing website creation and maintainance
- Creation of animated content, movies or interactive media content
- Implementation of a competence center of excellence using AI Tools
- Translation management for digital media assets
- Creation and posting of social media assets
- Support for paid media and purchasing platforms content
Your experiences and competencies.
- Degree or comprehensive prior experience in media design, communications, digital media or a related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in web editing, digital media, or content creation
- Experience with CMS platforms and basic web technologies
- Familiarity with AI-based media production and automation tools
- Experience in translation and localization workflows
- Knowledge of social media strategies and experience with paid media content or advertising platforms
- A creative mind that thrives on storytelling and visual innovation
- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling content
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and audience engagement
- Business fluent English, German language skills are an advantage
- Creativity and a strong sense for digital trends as well as technical affinity and openness to new tools
