Our operations are going international. As part of our corporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030, and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to establish another site in Romania (located in Pitești, with an expected workforce of around 150 people).
The role | Your tasks.
- Leading the operational logistics team of approximately 10 employees while simultaneously being directly involved in day-to-day operations.
- Leading and coordinating the team for fast and error-free processes.
- Initiation of corrective and preventive measures in the event of mistakes.
- Ensuring compliance with process and quality specifications, work instructions and work-safety within the responsible area.
- Promote a continuous improvement process.
- Intensive training of new team members both in the process and in the warehouse management system.
Your experiences and competencies.
- First leadership experience of operational logistics teams.
- Experience in production logistics as well as inbound and outbound logistics.
- Experience in operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Ideally knowledge of English.
- Available to work in shifts
