Our comprehensive portfolio addresses the megatrends of our time, including electric mobility renewables, and the protection of critical infrastructure.
 
With over 2,500 employees worldwide, DEHN generated revenue of around 465 million euros in the 2024/2025 fiscal year. This constant growth, alongside more than 115 years of experience, is based on the highest quality standards and a consistent orientation towards customers and markets worldwide.
Our operations are going international. As part of our corporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030, and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we have established our DEHN Marketing Hub in Romania – a shared service for the entire DEHN group. 
 
For our Marketing Hub in Romania we are building a dedicated social lead generation engine. To set the standard from day one we are looking for a Social Media Lead Generation Specialist B2B (m/f/d) who turns LinkedIn as our primary B2B channel – and other relevant social and digital touch points – into a reliable source of qualified leads for our international markets.
 

The role | Your tasks.

  • ICP & persona work. You translate market and product priorities into Ideal Customer Profile and persona definitions per segment – for example data centres, renewable energy, industry and residential – together with our market and product owners.
  • LinkedIn as primary channel. You plan and run outbound LinkedIn lead generation campaigns: targeted prospecting via Sales Navigator, personalised connection and message sequences and account‑based outreach for strategic segments.
  • Inbound social lead generation. You design and execute inbound funnels along the AIDA logic: LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, paid social campaigns and content‑driven journeys (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU) in close cooperation with the content and brand teams. 
  • Multi‑channel social reach. You activate further B2B‑relevant social channels where they pay off – for example YouTube, X, Instagram, industry communities – and weave them into one coherent lead motion.
  • Web & digital touch points. You connect our social activities with the right web destinations – landing pages, forms, gated content, retargeting and tracking – so that every campaign has a clear, conversion‑ready home on dehn.com and adjacent properties.
  • Clean lead handover. You make sure every lead generated through your activities lands cleanly in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with proper source tracking and handover quality – working hand in hand with our CRM and Sales Operations teams.
  • Social selling enablement. You support sales and marketing colleagues with social selling and the day‑to‑day use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator: trainings, playbooks, message templates, 1‑1 sparring and a clear best‑practice library.
  • KPI ownership. You define and report on the right metrics: leads, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline contribution and ROI per market and segment.
  • Continuous experimentation. You run A/B tests on messaging, creatives, audiences and funnels to lift both quality and volume over time.
  • Market alignment. You stay close to our regional and product marketing managers to make sure lead generation reflects local realities, languages and buying behaviour.
  • Compliance & state of the art. You keep up with platform changes, algorithm shifts, AI‑driven outreach tools and compliance requirements (GDPR, opt‑in handling) and turn them into concrete improvements. 

Your experiences and competencies.

  • Senior B2B track record. At least 5 years of hands‑on B2B lead generation experience with a clear focus on LinkedIn and social selling – ideally in an international B2B environment (industrial, tech or infrastructure are a strong plus).
  • Proven pipeline impact. Concrete examples of qualified leads and measurable pipeline generated through your social campaigns.
  • Toolset expertise. Expert‑level command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Ads, Lead Gen Forms) and modern prospecting tools (for example Apollo, Clay, Lusha, ZoomInfo).
  • Multi‑channel fluency. Working knowledge of further B2B‑relevant social platforms (YouTube, X, Instagram, industry communities) and how to integrate them into a coherent funnel.
  • Web & digital touch points. Hands‑on experience with landing pages, web forms, tracking, retargeting and the link between social campaigns and the corporate website.
  • CRM fluency. Confident user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or a comparable B2B CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot) – able to work with leads, lists and source tracking and to read the relevant reports.
  • Integration know‑how. Ideally involved in a direct integration of LinkedIn Sales Navigator into Microsoft Dynamics (LinkedIn Sales Insights / embedded Sales Navigator experience) or a comparable CRM x social selling integration project.
  • Strategic foundation. Strong grasp of ICP development, persona work, AIDA, account‑based marketing and the B2B buyer journey.
  • Sharp copywriting. English messages that get read and answered – with the discipline to test, learn and iterate.
  • Data‑driven mindset. Comfortable with conversion funnels, dashboards and reporting tools (for example Power BI, Looker Studio, native LinkedIn analytics).
  • High IT affinity. You feel at home in the IT world: APIs, tracking pixels, integrations, basic data work. You enjoy working with IT, data and web colleagues as equal partners. 
    Enabling instinct. You enjoy lifting colleagues to a higher level of social selling instead of keeping the know‑how to yourself.
  • Self‑organised & focused. Able to run multiple market programmes in parallel without losing focus.
  • Advanced English (C1) with very good communication skills. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus, especially those relevant to our international business environment.
  • Educational background. A degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field is beneficial; relevant practical experience is also highly valued.
