Our operations are going international. As part of our corporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030, and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to establish another site in Romania (located in Pitești, with an expected workforce of around 150 people).
 
For our international IT hub in Romania, we are looking for a motivated Senior SAP ABAP Developer (m/f/d).

The role | Your tasks.

  • Plan, design, and develop SAP solutions within the context of SAP S/4HANA, the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), as well as integrations with third-party market applications
  • Develop clean, maintainable code in ABAP and ABAP Objects (ABAP/OO) and prepare the associated technical documentation
  • Take on system responsibility for complex in-house SAP developments and their interfaces, collaborating closely with the SAP team, business departments, and external service providers
  • Analyze, enhance, and implement innovative SAP technologies in the S/4HANA environment to improve and streamline system processes

Your experiences and competencies.

  • Successfully completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT-related vocational qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in SAP development using ABAP and/or ABAP/OO
  • Knowledge of SAP modules PP, SD, and MM is considered an advantage
  • Initial hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is beneficial
  • Strong willingness to learn new technologies and develop effective, future-oriented solutions
  • Very good English skills, German language skills are an advantage
