The Role | Your tasks.
Maintenance of our Quality Management System:
- Development and Improvement of the DEHN Romania QM System based on ISO 9001.
- Documentation of processes, work instructions, and standards.
- Promotion of quality awareness and trainings on quality related topics.
- Key figures and reporting.
Auditing:
- Planning and implementation of internal and supplier audits.
- Preparation and support of external audits.
- Follow-up on measures based on audit findings.
Quality assurance:
- Monitoring of product and process quality.
- Definition of test plans and quality indicators.
- Complaint management, root cause analysis, corrective actions (8D reports and Ishikawa).
- Inspection of incoming goods.
