Operations goes international. Within our Coporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030 and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to set up another site in Romania (located in Pitești, Target size: approx. 150 employees).

The Role | Your tasks.

Maintenance of our Quality Management System: 

  • Development and Improvement of the DEHN Romania QM System based on ISO 9001. 
  • Documentation of processes, work instructions, and standards.
  • Promotion of quality awareness and trainings on quality related topics. 
  • Key figures and reporting.

 

Auditing:

  • Planning and implementation of internal and supplier audits. 
  • Preparation and support of external audits.
  • Follow-up on measures based on audit findings. 

 

Quality assurance:

  • Monitoring of product and process quality.
  • Definition of test plans and quality indicators.
  • Complaint management, root cause analysis, corrective actions (8D reports and Ishikawa). 
  • Inspection of incoming goods. 

Your experiences and competencies.

  • Possess an academic background in electrical or mechanical engineering, complemented by a strong operational skill set.
    Alternatively, hold a comparable qualification as a master craftsman or technician, supported by relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrate substantial experience in the electrotechnical sector, with a particular emphasis on quality processes.
  • Proficient in English and Romanian, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Key Competencies: Display a greenfield mentality, exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities, a proactive and structured approach to work, analytical thinking, a strategic mindset, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
