Operations goes international. Within our Coporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030 and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to set up another site in Romania (Approx. 1 hours drive from Bucharest, Target size: approx. 200 employees).

The Role | Your tasks.

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications built with Microsoft Power Platform. 
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Document your solutions in our wiki system.
  • Help ambitious key users to build their own automations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Your experiences and competencies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role – 3-5 years.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English is required, German is an advantage. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of interfaces (e.g., REST).
 
Technical Skills:
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in one languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python or others relevant to the job.
  • Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Interfaces: Understanding of interfaces technologies like REST.
  • Database Management: Understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases.
  • Low-code Platforms: Familiarity with low-code tools, preferred Microsoft Power Platform.
 
Soft Skills:
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams and departments.
  • Project Management: Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools like Jira.
  • Security Awareness: Knowledge of best practices for software security and data protection.
  • User Experience (UX): Awareness of UX principles to create user-friendly applications.
