As we continue to expand our Corporate IT organization, we are looking for a Low Code Developer (Microsoft Power Platform) (m/f/d) with 3+ years of experience in low-code development, application development, or a similar role. In this position, you will design and develop innovative low-code solutions, automate business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives across the DEHN Group.

The role | Your tasks.
- Design, develop, and maintain business applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build scalable solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to support business process digitalization.
- Analyze business requirements and transform them into innovative low-code solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to deliver high-quality applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing applications and workflows
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems through APIs and connectors.
- Document technical solutions and best practices in our wiki system.
- Support and empower business users to create and enhance their own automations while ensuring governance and quality standards.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform innovations and emerging technologies.
Your experiences and competencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Software Developer, Low-Code Developer, or similar role (3–5 years).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with APIs (e.g RestAPI), integrations, and data-driven applications.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative project environments.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English is required; German is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Technical Skills:
- Low-code Platforms: Familiarity with low-code tools, preferably Microsoft Powered Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Programming Languages: JavaScript, Python, Java, or other relevant languages.
- Integration Technologies: REST APIs, connectors, and system integrations.
- Version Control: Git or similar version control systems.
- Database Management: SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- User Experience (UX): Awareness of UX principles to create user-friendly applications
- Development Methodologies & Tools: Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Soft Skills:
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Security Awareness: Understanding of software security and data protection principles.
