Our operations are going international. As part of our corporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030, and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to establish another site in Romania (located in Pitești, with an expected workforce of around 150 people).
 
For our international IT hub in Romania, we are looking for a motivated Inhouse Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d) to support and further develop our SAP SuccessFactors landscape. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, and international stakeholders and actively contribute to the optimization of our HR processes.

Your role and key responsibilities

  • Support, configure, and continuously enhance the SAP SuccessFactors landscape
  • Assist with rollouts, release cycles, and system upgrades to ensure smooth operations
  • Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into functional SuccessFactors solutions
  • Advise internal business stakeholders on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, standard processes, and system optimization opportunities
  • Handle incident, problem, and change management in close collaboration with colleagues at headquarters
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, process descriptions, and user training materials
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external service providers, internal project teams, and IT colleagues at haeadquarters
  • Ensure data quality, system stability, and compliance with internal and external standards

Your qualifications and competencies

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and their technological implementation within SuccessFactors
  • Basic knowledge of SAP integrations (APIs, interfaces), SAP SuccessFactors certifications or knowledge of agile methods (e. g. Scrum) are an advantage
  • Experience in implementations, rollouts, or 2nd/3rd level support
  • Very good skills of English in a professional context, German is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and the ability to build trustful relationships
