Operations goes international. Within our Coporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030 and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to set up another site in Romania (located in Pitești, Target size: approx. 150 employees).  
 
We are looking for a talented HR Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and help us building a strong and positive workplace culture.​

The Role | Your tasks.

  • Accompaniment throughout the entire employee lifecycle at our Romanian subsidiary. 
  • Developing a recruiting and staffing strategy, and recruiting for all job levels while considering the relevant recruiting channels.
  • Supporting Current and Future Business Needs by fostering development, engagement, motivation, and retention of our employees.
  • Occupational Safety Support, ensuring compliance with labor law regulations.
  • Payroll Processing in coordination with our external service provider to ensure accurate payroll processing. ​
  • Development, participation and implementation of our HR strategy in dialog with the headquarter. 
  • Ensuring clear and open communication with our employees at the Romanian plant.
  • Sparrings partner for our Managing Director and the management team. 

Your experiences and competencies.

  • Generalist HR knowledge with a focus on recruiting, labour law, contracting and HR controlling. 
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive within a manufacturing environment. 
  • Experience in working with employee representatives and external service providers (particularly payroll providers).
  • Commercial training or studies with a strong focus on HR. 
  • Experience in establishing new locations from an HR perspective and operating within a matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and database. 
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. 
  • fluency in English and Romanian, both written and spoken, German skills are beneficial.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in training, development, and integration of managers and leaders.
  • Key Competencies: Green-field mentality, problem-solving, communication, analytical and negotiation skills, strategic thinking, people-oriented approach, and personal responsibility.
