Become a partner in this commitment and join us as an HR Manager, responsible for one of our Business Units. We are seeking an passionated, experienced HR professional for our EURAF business. You will drive HR intitiatives across our companies in Europe and Africa, acting as a trusted partner to the business. Your base could be in the greater metropolitan area of Odense (Denmark) or Madrid (Spain) or Warsaw (Poland) — we are flexible and will choose the best fit together. You will lead both strategic and operational HR issues, acting as a key liaison between the BU and the global HR organization. This role reports functionally to Global HR (dotted line) and disciplinarily to the VP Finance BU (solid line), ensuring alignment with corporate HR standards while proactively addressing local business needs.

Your tasks.

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees within the Business Unit
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition and development initiatives
  • Plan and execute HR marketing activities to strengthen employer branding
  • Design and deliver training and development programs for employees and do the succession planning
  • Manage compensation structures and benefit programs for all non-managerial staff
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Support performance management and employee relations
  • Roll out global HR initiatives, programs, and systems within the BU
  • Maintain HR data and contribute to reporting and analytics
  • Own FTE planning and personnel cost management for the BU
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational and people topics

Your experiences and competencies.

  • Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international and matrix organization
  • Solid understanding of labor law, HR processes, and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience in development, performance management, and change management
  • Familiarity with compensation & benefits structures and HR marketing strategies
  • Experience in rolling out HR initiatives and project work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • High level of self-organization, ownership, and solution orientation
  • Analytical thinking and confidence in working with HR KPIs, FTE planning and personnel cost control
  • Ability to balance global standards with local business needs
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
