Become a valued team member in this mission and join us as HR Business Partner . You will coordinate and support the complete employee lifecycle for a defined employee group, with a primary focus on hub employees (on-site and remote) and selected employee groups at the production site. Working with Corporate HR Germany and local providers, you’ll ensure a seamless HR experience that builds trust. Beyond daily operations, you'll foster seamless collaboration between our hub and plant teams, drive local teamwork, and support continuous development in an international environment.

This position reports functionally and disciplinarily to the Managing Director of our DEHN Romania. Your working base will be Pitesti, Romania.

Your tasks.

Coordinate and support the complete employee lifecycle for a defined employee group, with a primary focus on hub employees (on-site and remote) and selected employee groups at the production site.
Advise managers on employee lifecycle matters, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, mobility and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with Romanian employment legislation and internal company procedures.
Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation and personnel records.
Align closely with HQ HR, and our HR Manager of our Romanian plant (Mutual representation).
Coordinate cross-location HR processes within the matrix structure.
Oversee HR databases, payroll data preparation, and key HR reporting

Your experiences and competencies.

Several years of operational HR, experience within an international environment is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Romanian employment legislation
Skilled in working with external payroll and HR service providers.
Confident handling of international HR processes within matrix organisations.
Expertise in HRIS systems, contract documentation, and people administration.
Solid understanding of employee leasing, remote work regulations and compliance topics.
Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented with a hands-on mindset.
Fluent in English (written & spoken), German is a plus.
