Our operations are going international. As part of our corporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030, and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to establish another site in Romania (located in Pitești, with an expected workforce of around 150 people.
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to join our team and help us build a strong and positive workplace culture.
The role | Your tasks.
- Catalogue desktop publishing
- Desktop publishing for global print media, e. g. adaption of languages
- Development and adapation of graphics, pictures and videos by standard SW or AI Tools
- Translation management for printmedia assets
- Canto data maintainance
- Rendering development end execution
Your experiences and competencies.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in desktop publishing or media production - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, ...)
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and automated layout systems
- Familiarity with translation management software and localization workflows
- Experience with digital asset management systems, ideally Canto
- Business fluent English, German skills are an advantage
- Creativity and a strong eye for design and detail as well as beeing a team player with intercultural competence
