Our operations are going international. As part of our corporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030, and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to establish another site in Romania (located in Pitești, with an expected workforce of around 150 people).
 
To ensure optimal global support for our digital products, we are building a strong and scalable international support network. As a Global Digital Support Coordinator (m/f/d), you will play a central role: You will coordinate global digital support activities, ensure transparency across processes, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.

Your role and key responsibilities

  • Coordinate global digital 1st‑level support and monitor SLAs/KPIs
  • Build and maintain support knowledge and documentation (e.g., Confluence, FAQs, How‑tos)
  • Serve as an interface between Product Owners, IT, and customer feedback
  • Analyze basic error messages, prepare escalation processes, and support root‑cause identification
  • Assist with user access, licenses, and permission management

Your qualifications and competencies

  • Completed technical or IT‑related education, degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in digital support and in coordinating external service providers
  • Confident handling of Confluence, Jira, and ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Basic understanding of web and software architectures
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Structured, solution‑oriented working style combined with a strong service mindset
  • Very good skills in English, German is an advantage
