Become a Global Corporate Buyer (m/f/d) and join our international procurement team. Take responsibility for sourcing activities, supplier management, and procurement excellence while supporting the continued growth of the DEHN Group.

The role | Your tasks.

  • Managing of our operational business with the responsibility for procurement - production material - with the report to our Headquarter.

  • Operational purchasing responsibility for specific product groups
    including determining net requirements (available-to-promise (ATP) and system-based order processing based on purchase requisitions, forecasting, and resolving commercial complaints.

  • Control and monitoring of operational procurement at suppliers, including the initial escalation function for external bottlenecks in availability and backlogs, as well as taking appropriate measures to ensure delivery performance while taking economic aspects into account.

  • Supporting and coordinating international manufacturing sites and subsidiaries within the scope of the responsible material groups.

  • Active supplier management including coordination, evaluation and maintenance of supplier relationships.

  • Co-development, implementation and optimization of a goal-oriented scheduling strategy including master data maintenance taking into account relevant key figures (KPIs)

  • Definition of supply chain concepts in cooperation with our strategic procurement and the Value Stream Management.

Your experiences and competencies.

  • Completed technical or business studies, or vocational training in a commercial or technical field (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Logistics Clerk, Industrial Mechanic), combined with relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain, materials planning, or a related area.
  • Several years of practical experience in operational purchasing, materials planning, or supply chain management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience working with SAP ERP/APO and Microsoft Office applications.Proficient in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a responsible, cost-conscious and forward-looking mindset, resilience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
