Our operations are going international. As part of our corporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030, and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to establish another site in Romania (located in Pitești, with an expected workforce of around 150 people).

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer Series Support SPD Solutions (m/f/d) to contribute to the series support and technical change management. Join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency and quality. 

Your role and key responsibilities

  • Participation in product change projects during product lifecycle
  • On-site support for implementation of product changes
  • Collaboration on private-label-partner projects in the SPD product range
  • Take responsibility as technical contact person for local interface departments, e. g. production / quality management regarding technical questions on SPDs
  • Support on conducting electrical tests as well as preparation of test reports

Your qualifications and competencies

  • Bachelor of electrical engineering or completed technical training with further qualification or comparable qualification through practical experience with electrical engineering focus
  • Technical knowledge of the value creation processes in a manufacturing company, along with a general technical understanding
  • Basic knowledge of the functional principles of SPDs is an asset
  • Basic knowledge in electrical measurement technology (impulse current testing)
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken - German language skills are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, proactive and structured working style
  • Analytical thinking and strategic mindset, ability to learn and familiarize quickly with new subjects
  • High level of personal responsibility
