We are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Europe/Africa for our EURAF
business unit. The position will be filled directly at our local subsidiary in the Czech Republic.

Your tasks.

  • Analysis, evaluation and further development of the strategic direction and
    objectives of the Europe/Africa Business Unit
  • High level of international travel
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies in coordination with the sales
    units of the countries and the internal interfaces
  • Developing new or expanded business models with the aim of penetrating existing
    markets more strongly, but also developing new markets
  • Promoting communication and exchange between the countries
  • Supporting the transformation of the EURAF organization into a decentralized
    competence network
  • Identification of customer needs in the various national markets and development of
    a BU product roadmap
  • Initiating and supporting sales activities, trade fairs, congresses and seminars in
    cooperation with the national sales and marketing department

Your profile.

  • Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering industrial engineer or
    comparable training and further education
  • You love to apply and expand your technical knowledge both theoretically and
    practically
  • You always think in a customer-centric and entrepreneurial way
  • You enjoy implementing strategic directions and leading them to success
  • You value dialog and cooperation with customers, whether on the construction site
    or at the executive level
  • You enjoy working in a team and are open-minded and happy to travel
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
  • You stand up for your ideas and can also represent them in a respectful manner
    within the team
